Anderson Mill West Neighborhood

Anderson Mill West is one of the largest neighborhoods in Cedar Park with over 1,330 single-family homes built from 1985 -2004.

The community is very popular among first time buyers and growing families alike. Home sizes in Anderson Mill West vary from a modest 800 sqft bungalow to spacious 4,000 sqft mini-mansions.

Most of Anderson Mill West enjoys a voluntary homeowners' association. Section 19 is the only exception. Property owners in Anderson Mill West Section 19 belong to a mandatory HOA with annual HOA dues. The fee pays for common area maintenance throughout the subdivision.


The Anderson Mill West Park provides residents with different outdoor activities. Residents can enjoy a nice tennis match at the park’s tennis court and can cool off the summer heat at the extravagant community pool that is part of the park. The Elizabeth Milburn Park provides younger and sports enthusiasts with a BMX track and a rock climbing wall.
