As for Average Prices: Feb. 10 - Feb. 16, 2008
(compared to the same week in 2007)
The "New Listings" average list price increased 8.68% to $312,732. Last week that number was $307,903. In 2007 the new listing average list price was $287,751.
Sold average sales prices increased 1.63% to $231,860.
In 2007, it was $228,755 for the same week.
