Caballo Ranch Neighborhood
The commute to downtown is made easy by the neighborhood being located near Ronald Reagan Boulevard. People usually take that road to E. Whitestone Boulevard and take the 183A from there. This route can also be taken to reach downtown in less than 15 minutes. Kittie Hill Airport is ten minutes north on Ronald Reagan Boulevard.
Homes in the Caballo Ranch neighborhood were built by Jimmie Jacob Homes, Scott Felder Homes and Buffington Homes. Homeowner Association membership is mandatory and there are annual meetings. The Homeowner Association charges $240 and takes care of all common area maintenance.
