The community features four sub-divisions and can be accessed though Crystal Falls Parkway. Downtown Leander is not far and can be reached within 8 to 10 minutes. There are different airports nearby with the Austin-International Airport to the south.
The community has an amazing landscape ranging from The Highlands, Cap Rock, The Fairways, Grand Mesa and The Boulders. The homes built in the community range from 1,500 square feet to 6,000 square feet, depending on the Crystal Falls subdivision in which the house is built. There are a few home sites available for custom building in Cap Rock and Grand Mesa.
