Lakeline Ranch Neighborhood

The neighborhood is situated in such a manner that it does not take very long to reach work or Downtown. Just take the 183 highway and drive north for about 14 minutes. Different airports are situated near the neighborhood with the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport around 30 minutes south.


The plus part about the neighborhood’s location is that it is not far from downtown Austin. Therefore people living in the neighborhood can choose between which downtown markets they want to visit.

Real Estate

The neighborhood is fairly new and the homes were built from around 2003. The homes were built by different builders like Ryland Homes, Bowen Family Homes and Kimball Hill. The streets in the neighborhood are generally wide and the houses have ample space in between. The roundabouts of the neighborhood feature different landscapes to give a greener view.


The homes range from three bedrooms to six bedrooms with an average square feet coverage ranging from 1,300 to 4,000. All homes have at least three sides with brick or stone and brick masonry with prices ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 generally.


The neighborhood offers different recreational activities for people in all age groups. The Lakeline Ranch neighborhood features a bike and jogging trail, tennis court, sports courts, park, playground, and community pool and club house. The neighborhood also features a monthly newsletter and has an active homeowner’s association.

The new Capital Metrorail commuter rail can be accessed nearby at 2243 (Nameless Road) and 183. People in the neighborhood can access three different golf clubs: Twin Creeks Golf Club, Crystal Falls Golf Club and Avery Ranch Golf Club.


Children attend schools that fall under Leander’s Independent School District. Schools nearby include William Winkley and Patricia Knowles Elementary School. For middle school, it is suggested that parents try to register in Running Brushy Middle School as it is closer compared to other middle schools. Leander High School is for all high school students in the neighborhood. Parents can also opt for private schools depending on their feasibility.


Lakeline Ranch is one happening neighborhood. It features its very own mall. Teens and people from other age groups can find different things for entertainment within the neighborhood boundaries.

Movie theaters like Cinemark and Regal Cinema are located nearby. The Twin Lakes YMCA and Gold’s Gym are amazing choices for all those who want to stay in top shape. Restaurants and cafes are also near the neighborhood and there are also some fast foods joints present at the Lakeline Mall.
