Oak Ridge is a small neighborhood of Leander and has around 500 homes. The last home was constructed in 2008 by Laurel Glen. Earlier homes in the neighborhood were established by Scott Felder and Buffington Homes during the 1980s and 1990s.
Homes available in Oak Ridge are all for resale and range in size from 1,400 square feet to 2,900 square feet. The homeowner’s association is mandatory with diue around $216 per year and bi-weekly meetings.
