Quest Village Neighborhood
Downtown Cedar Park is 5 minutes south on S. Bell Boulevard. Residents also have the option to come and go freely to downtown Austin if they are employed there. It takes somewhere between 30 to 35 minutes to reach downtown Austin.
Kittie Hill Airport is located 15 minutes north on the Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is almost 45 minutes south from the neighborhood if the residents use Highway 183.
The Quest Village neighborhood features homes were built between the late 1990s and the early 2000s. The covered area of the homes ranges from 1,400 square feet to 2,500 square feet. Homeowners are required to join the mandatory homeowner’s association that meets monthly and takes care of common area maintenance. Monthly HOA dues in Quest Village are $10 per month ($120/yr).

Residents can also enjoy the weekend watching movies at the movie theatre at the 1890 Ranch Shopping Center. Nearby fitness option for residents includes Gold’s Gym, which is next to 1890 Ranch and CrossFit Cedar Park. Residents do not have too travel far to have a nice dinner or a night out with friends. Many popular restaurants can be found around the Bell and E Whitestone Boulevard. Driving south on the S Bell Boulevard, residents can choose from a variety of restaurants, cafes, grills and fast food joints that are available.
