Elizabeth Millburn Park is a popular park among the residents of Cedar Park and it surrounds Ranch at Cypress Creek. The park offers residents many fun recreational activities like a BMX track, rock climbing wall, sand volleyball courts, soccer field, and Tennis and basket ball courts for the sport adventurist types along with a swimming pool, playground, playscape, picnic areas, bike and hike trails and barbeque grills for everyone.

The city sponsors a community garden and movie screenings at the park in an effort to have the residents of the neighborhood communicate even better with each other.

Food for Life, Randall’s, Shaklee and 7-Eleven are all within a mile’s radius from the neighborhood. The Lakeline Mall is just off Ridgeline Boulevard and allows residents to shop at many major retail outlets.

Nearby fitness option for residents includes Austin Peaks Fitness and Anytime Fitness. Residents do not have to travel far for a nice dinner or a night out with friends. Many popular restaurants can be found around Cypress Creek Road and S. Lakeline Boulevard.

Ranch at Cypress Creek Schools

Ranch at Cypress Creek is one of the Cedar Park neighborhoods that belong to Leander Independent School District. Children attend one of the many reputed schools from the district. Public schools near the neighborhood include Deer Creek Elementary School, Westside Elementary School, Cedar Park Middle School and Cedar Park High School.
