Rollingwood is a community located in West Lake Hills and is one of a variety of upper class communities that surround the waterfront areas of Lake Austin's South Shore. As with many Westlake communities, the Rollingwood Neighborhood was heavily developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s. One of the most desirable streets in Rollingwood is Stratford Drive.
