Developed by KB Homes from 2005 - 2011, the Silverado Ranch neighborhood is a very popular community for younger families that are buying for the first time and also for families that are growing in size. Most of the neighborhood is constructed on wooden lots with covered areas ranging from 1,300 square feet to 4,000 square feet.
The mandatory homeowner’s association meets semi-annually officially and can call extra meetings if there is any need. The Silverado HOA dues are $450/annually and cover all common area maintenance.
