Developed by KB Homes from 2005 - 2011, the Silverado Ranch neighborhood is a very popular community for younger families that are buying for the first time and also for families that are growing in size. Most of the neighborhood is constructed on wooden lots with covered areas ranging from 1,300 square feet to 4,000 square feet.

The mandatory homeowner’s association meets semi-annually officially and can call extra meetings if there is any need. The Silverado HOA dues are $450/annually and cover all common area maintenance. The Silverado Ranch HOA website provides detailed neighborhood information for current residents and future homeowners.


Silverado Ranch - Cedar Park HomesThe neighborhood provides many different facilities for Silverado Ranch residents. The amenity center at the corner of Paseo Grand Drive and Kasdan Pass allows parents to watch their children have fun on the on the swing set or the playground. Behind the community clubhouse is a pool where residents can cool off during the hot summers. Families and friends can enjoy picnics under the pavilion at the amenity center.

Homeowners also enjoy at the Brushy Creek Sports Park and Brushy Creek Lake. Both are just a little distance south on the Brushy Creek Road. Parents can also cheer their children at one of the soccer or baseball fields that are nearby.


Silverado Ranch is another of Cedar Park’s neighborhoods that enjoys the privilege of being part of the Leander Independent School District. The Artie Henry Middle School and Vista Ridge High School is just south of McKendrick Drive with an entrance from N. Vista Ridge Boulevard. Other nearby schools include Reagan Elementary School. Pre-school children can attend the Cedar Park Montessori or can be sent to any of private schools in the area.


The nearby H.E.B. provides neighborhood residents with a complete supply of the monthly groceries. There are many other stores located within a three-mile radius of the neighborhood and residents can choose between any of them. The 1890 Ranch Shopping Center is less than ten minutes west from the neighborhood. Residents not only enjoy a variety of retail outlets but can also enjoy a Saturday night watching movies at the movie theatre that is part of the mall. For those who like to workout, they do not have to travel far - Gold’s Gym is right next to the 1890 Shopping Center!
