Twin Creeks Neighborhood


The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is 40 minutes away from the neighborhood. Neighborhood residents can also access the private airport at Breakaway Park. Residents can access Downtown Cedar Park through Cypress Creek Road and reach there within 15 minutes.

Real Estate

The neighborhood covers 760 acres of lush green land. The neighborhood includes single-family homes, custom homes and villas. House sizes range from a little above 2,500 square feet to almost 6,500 square feet.

The neighborhood has a mandatory homeowner’s association. The association meets every quarterly and takes care of all common area maintenance.


The 760 acres of land is not just for homes, the neighborhood has got the Twin Creek Country Club. The Twin Creek Country Club features many different activities for the neighborhood residents. People can enjoy the facility of gym within the club by becoming members of the gym. Mesa Rosa Mexican Restaurant is another great place for residents to dine along with the dining facilities of the country club.

Residents can find a Food for Life store just 5 minutes from the neighborhood on Cypress Creek Road, north of Cedar Park High School.
