Whitestone Oaks Neighborhood
The Whitestone Oaks community saw a second wave of construction in 2008 when Highland Homes began building new homes in the neighborhood. Over the last few years other builders including Centerra Homes and Brohn Homes also entered the community. Houses in the new section range in size from 2,000 - 4,500 sqft in living space. The newer section has a mandatory HOA with annual dues of approximate. $528.
There are many different parks near the neighborhood offering residents different outdoor activities. Cluck Creek Park, Nelson Ranch Park, Park Place Park, Cedar Park and Creek Side Park are all very close to the neighborhood.
